Heroes and Family, our recipe!
It has been a wonderful and fun last 3-4 weeks in our household. We have been fortunate to spend some time with Sean and Matt before they deploy to Afghanistan and Iraq, respectively.
When I first met the both of them they were 11 and 13. Now they are getting ready to protect the freedoms that we all enjoy. At a minimum we had a wonderful visit. We are hoping and praying that the next year will go extremely fast. Talking with both of them has really opened my eyes to what is happening on the other side of the world. I feel very lucky to be protected by the most advanced and well trained armed forces in the history of the world.
